You do not want to go 1366 this late in the game when it's in the process of being discontinued. Stick with getting an 1155 system.

850 watt for $99? Most 850W PSUs will go between $140 - $160 - if you see a PSU that's priced below what it should be that's a red flag. First off Rosewill doesn't make good PSUs in general - you're better off going with Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, or Seasonic.

Seagate and WD are far better HD makers than Hitachi is.

If you go with NVIDIA - EVGA is one of the best there is, if you go AMD/ATI - go with Sapphire or XFX.

heres a list of parts can anyone tell me if they are compatible and if i need a controller card. any help would be nice

Compatibility generally isn't an issue anymore. What I'm saying is don't go 1366 when it's already two generations old and Intel has said that it's not going to be supported for much longer. Right now SB is the way to go, hands down, no contest. What's your budget? If you give me your max budget (and what parts you already have / don't need) I could probably find something better for around the same price.
