CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB fit with the CM hyper 212 plus?

im building a core i5 2500k gaming rig and want to overclock it so i want to use the COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus...http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168.... will that fit ok with the CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB....http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168....

im using the ASRock Z68 Extreme3 if that help. please let me know because im ordering parts tomorrow. :bounce:

From what I could I would say you would indeed have problems with the first two ram slots. Also depending on your case you may have problems with the height of that cooler as it is 158.5 mm. The cooler is 120 x 79.7 x 158.5 mm (L x W x H) so you should check all dimensions before you order the rest of your parts.

alright so should i just go with these?..http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
or would the ripjaws work?

btw im using the HAF 912 case

Tall heatspreaders on DDR3 memory are unnecessary, so yes it is a good idea to get a set without the tall heatspreaders.

The HAF 912 can take CPU Coolers up to 175mm tall, so it will easily fit the CM Hyper 212 Plus.

Look at the Vengeance Low Profile modules. They are shortened to fit under larger coolers.
