Your motherboard is not really on the top of my list of Z68 motherboards, but it's certainly good enough and you can't beat that price.

You should find a SATA 6.0Gb/s SSD. There are several choices - I generally recommend the Crucial M4 and Samsung 830. OCZ makes several.

Your PSU is more power than you need for a single 560ti. A good 550W unit would be enough. If you're planning on getting a second card in the future, though, the unit you picked is about right.

Ok, what motherboard would you suggest instead?

Ok, I'll take a look at those SSD's.

For the PSU I just thought it would be nice to have modular and the ability to sli or if newer cards required more power.

I usually recommend the Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3 or the ASRock Z68 Extreme3, however $60 is pretty hard to beat. One thing to note, though, is that the GA-Z68AP-D3 that you chose is not a good choice if you want to SLI in the future. It has two PCIe slots but they only offer 16/x4 mode which is not good. You want x8/x8 mode for SLI.

Ok thanks danraies, I'll check those out.

It looks like I will not be able to purchase the machine as quick as I want...So I went ahead and edited my first post to reflect that and raised my budget for what I want to look at. So if you guys have any better ideas with the new budget from $750 to $1000 let me know!
