Will work. You go in BIOS and set the voltage at 1.5V.
This is on 1.5V http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/ite...

With the bios in the gigabyte mobo, will I be able to do that easily? Im trying to get this new build before new years and the ram you recommended will take 5-12 business days to come in while everything else 2-3.

When you run 1.65 memory at 1.5v the specs are not guaranteed - you may have to relax the timing for stability. Get the 1.5v memory (designed to run with SB) - no worries.
