Which one should I buy ?

Hi,,
I settled on buying a Z68 to replace my broken Asus P8Z68 Deluxe, to use with my (not to be OC'ed) Intel core i7 2600K
So which one of those two MBs should I buy ?

My VGA card is Asus ENGTX570 DCII ,,,, so PCI Express gen 2 is enough ,, I believe

So, If I had to choose one of those ,,, which one is my best option?

Or is there some other options that I have to consider, in the same price tag of course.?

I would choose the UD7
