Need help system freeze/BSOD

HI, first my spec,
asus p7p55d deluxe
i5 750 2.66ghz
asus engts250, 512meg
4x2gig of ram
psu OCZ 500watts
windows 7 64bits updated

i got this comp since feb 2010, recently 3-4 month ago it started freezing. the freezing always occur after 15-30 mins after a cold start and only once, after that can runs for hours without trouble. i use it a lot 6+ hours a day everyday and he only does that 2-4 time a week. a couple of day ago it started giving my a BSOD after it had freeze for about 5 sec,

a clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor

i try to slow the ram by raising the timming to a higher value, same thing, i try to remove some of the ram nothing.

it can run prime95 and memtest+ without problem.

i apologize for my poor english, tx to everyone who will take time to awnser this thread.

Sounds like a problem caused inside of Windows.

Some sort of task that runs once every so often and then not again for a while.
.
Maybe reinstalling Windows would fix it.

It is very hard to address these sorts of intermittent problems.

You could try going into the control panel, administrative tools, logs, and look for log errors that occur at more or less exactly the same time as the problem.

If you crash again, note the exact time and start digging through the logs.
