There's a Micro Center deal going on today and it's also the last day.
The deal is whichever motherboard I buy will be $50 off if purchased with an i5-2500K.

My budget for my computer is $400-600 which I will be building in 3-5 weeks to play Diablo III, but based on the deal I will most likely be getting my CPU and Motherboard today.

Core i5 2500K LGA 1155

Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155 Z68 ATX Intel Motherboard

$180cpu + $125mobo -$50 > $255 subtotal

My motherboard preferences include: at least 2 sata6gb/s connectors, virtuswitch(good?) gen3 support for future-proofing. I will be using a single graphics card that is worth $90-130 not sure which one yet. (will upgrade over time)

So, I'm wondering if this deal is worth it which I guess is obvious, but are there any other motherboards I should go for?
Also, I'm considering investing in water-cooling for my CPU for a longer-lasting system but I'm unsure of where to start.

I might get this motherboard instead:
P8Z68-V LX LGA 1155 Z68 ATX Intel Motherboard

Hmm I'm still thinking about it since a couple of my other friends told me to stick to ASUS. I don't think there is much of a difference for what I'm doing besides the Gen3 stuff. At least, microcenter is nearby so I can get my parts in less than an hour. Found out about this deal on its last day LOL.
