Critique my gaming build

Does this seem like an adequate build for gaming?

Yes its a good build. Like RECON-UK asked you depends on the resolution of your monitor.

i would go for an i5 CPU if i were you, and maybe a GTX 560 or a radeon 6950. AMD cards are just as good as NVIDIA but consume less power if you're worried about energy. other than that, it should play most games at medium-high settings at that resolution. games that come out a year from now? low settings, i would think.

What PSU that you have (I see CM 550w), but I need more details. Not all CM PSU's are the same, so I'm just checking. Other than that (except I'd like to know your budget) your build looks pretty good.
