Which one of these 3 motherboards?

Alright, so I am a hardcore gamer, but also do some light video editing. I'm planning to OC an 3770k just to 4GHz. Right now I'm down to choosing between 2 motherboards. Which one would be the best? Money is not an issue, and I will also not be getting or even using that RAM that goes with the motherboard if I got it because I'm buying from a difference website and will also not use it as I prefer Corsair. Which would be the best? As said, Money is not an issue. I'll also be using a 64GB SSD as a boot drive if that helps.

MSI Z77A-GD65:

ASUS P8Z77-V PRO:

Note: Please don't mention any other motherboards, I'm looking to specifically buy between one of these... and also just to remind everyone, MONEY IS NOT AN ISSUE!

More about which motherboards
  1. Asus P8Z77-V LK or these from gigabyte : http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128544 / http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128583

The extreme 6 is too expensive, the same for the msi one.

Money is not an issue. However, they MSI one does look nice.
  3. If money isn't an issue get the GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD4H.
All the features that you need it's better than any of those motherboard for less.
  4. I've edited the thread, down to 2 motherboards. Only choosing one of them, no other motherboards. Money is not an issue.
  5. Alright, since you want one of those two, get the asus pro, it has more power phases( and a digital pwm) and features.
