P8z77-v deluxe no video

I purchased a new- Rosewill Thor case - new p8z77-v deluxe motherboard, new i7 3770k processor, and new Ram- G.skills rip jaws ddr3 2133mgz- 2- 8gb sticks. I have a 1year old cooler master 750 watt power supply and 2, 1 year old ge force gts 450 video cards that I'm using and when I power the unit on, there is no video coming through. All lights are on, and the fans are running. I've triple checked all connections, put the video cards back in my old unit (and they work fine) and cannot find out whats wrong. Anyone have a solution? If leaving only one RAM stick installed and connecting the monitor to the onboard video, does the PC boot?

Thanks for the info. I did try that among many others. Finally determined that I have a doa motherboard. Sent it back and waiting for replacement.
