[ATI/AMD] Ati drivers not responding in-game/normal use

Hi!

I've built my PC few days ago, but after set up windows Seven, I have some crashes of the ATI driver while is not responding. In all Games, the games was fluent in first 30 seconds but after, it crash and a bubble tip appears which signals the crash of ATI drivers.

Help me please ! Thanks.

My config.
- AMD Sempron 145 / Athlon II X2 4400e with Unlock Clock Core
- Asrock n68-s3 UCC
- Sapphire HD6450 1 GB fanless GDDR3
- CCC drivers 11.6 but the crash also appears on 11.9 drivers
- Win7 SP1 x32
- 2 GB of DDR3 RAM

After a resetup of W7, i've got the same problem

I highly doubt it is a PSU issue., as any PSU with a combined output of ~20A can run that system.

So, i re-installed W7 and 11.6 ATI drivers given by my graphics card's manufacturer.

It little resolved the problem but in Counter Strike Source, I can play but sometimes the game freezes and displays a black screen. After , it replays.
