Asus Sabertooth 990FX Bios Update Problem

Hi guys

I just build my new PC with sabertooth 990fx motherboard with amd fx8150. I got a problem is the PC doesn't post. I been check the BIOS version need for 8150 is 0813. So I bought sempron 145 to instead and update for it. I used EZ to update and it was successful to install, also it reboot by itself normally. It was fine until I installed FX 8150 on it, it didn't post and the CPU led red. So I change it back, now it got the same problem on sempron 145 as well. I tried to clear the CMOS with the instruction who was posted in the forum, but it still didn't work. I guess the last thing I can do is get a BIOS chip with the latest version to instead.

So is any suggestion for me except get the new BIOS chip?

Hi, If starting the board outside the case with only CPU and CPU fan installed, is the CPU fan spinning and the CPU led still red?

Yes, I unplugged all power(except 24pin) and all cables. just CPU with heatsink left on the motherboard. then i tried to clear the CMOS, the RAM led is fine but the CPU led still red.

now i just bought the new bios chip with the latest update version to replace on it. i hope it will be fine.
