hi all about a month ago I built my first pc with an i5 2500k which I oc'd to 4.8 a 580 @ 960 MHz 8 gb vengeance ram p8z68 mobo western dig. 500 gb hdd and the Samsung ssd.

for the first time I actually looked at my windows score and CPU had 7.6 the rest had 7.9 but primary hard drive had a 5.6. now I really am not
concerned with the score itself, just after seeing the low hard drive score I got worried that something is wrong with the ssd.

score is due to the mechanical drive being in the system. If you want, unplug the sata cable and retest with just the ssd.

unplug the sata cable from the HDD and test with just the SSD installed is what I meant, yes.
