i recently bricked my motherboard

my budget is 150ish bucks.

i currently have a 2ghz dual core windsor 3800+ am2 socket
x1950 512mb pro ati
3 gigs of ddr2 800, 2x 1 gig 2x 512mb
windows 7 32bit

with my budget i found this mobo

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157226

with that mobo i can use my old ram which saves me money

i also found this cpu which scored about 700 higher then my current cpu
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103903

and lastly i found a really cheap video card
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131338

i know that video card isnt meant for gaming, but could it be better then my current card because of how old it is?

with those 3 items i can stay in my budget. so my question is should i use my old video card or should i buy the cheap media one. i play games like wow league sc2, new games wouldn't hurt to play on low like skyrim

with my old gpu i can prolly afford a better cpu or maybe go for a newer mobo with dd3 ram.

or, should i keep my current cpu and buy a much better video card.

i game about 5+ hours a day.

and sorry if this is in the wrong section
