What is the best motherboard for FX CPU For under $50?

Yeah like the title says. im looking to buy a AMD mobo for under $50, If its REALLY REALLY REALLY worth it maybe $60. i don't need HDMI port because my GPU has one, I don't think USB 3.0 is that important so i wouldn't pay more for that feature, Lastly i don't care if it has bad onboard video or or if it even has onboard video Because like i said i have a GPU.
Oh and it has to have PCI 2.0
