Asrock z77 vs asus z77

my file server need a new board.using an i3 2120 and planning to underclock it to 1.6ghz.instead of getting a efficient psu,i think i will get a better mobo instead.2 choices:the asus p8z77-v lx or asrock z77 extreme 3.i want atx so i can install raid cards in future.the asrock is 199$ sgd and the asus is 209$ sgd.which is more stable?i dont care about speed at all.thanks in advance.
*i changed from a coolermaster silent pro gold 600w to a seasonic s12ii 520w which is almost half the price.coz it is more than enough*
Also i will be using 2x4 gb adata ram,and 2x2 samsung ram.total 12 gb ram.i know it is not very good to mix ram but it is also used for casual virtualization purposes.so i need it.slower nevermind.coz i am running low resource linux using openbox so 1.6 ghz is a can.

I can also get a gigabyte z77 d3h at 199$ sgd.
