Toms hardware sends unwanted email

hi. Toms hardware periodically sends me links to old threads that i have unmarked. What can i do about this?

Did you remove the mail notification or just the flag? Removing the flag stops threads showing up in the little widget thing at the top of the right-hand side of the forum, but doesn't stop email notifications.
