New PSU Help

I'm buying a PSU for my new build, but cannot decide which one to get.

I have up to $80 to spend.

It will be powering:
i5-2500k @ 4.4Ghz
GTX 560 2gb
Micro ATX mobo
2x4gb sticks DDR3 RAM
1tb Caviar Black HDD
NZXT Phantom fan controller

I want a PSU that will last me through several builds.

Would be great if it was modular.

Probably the best withing your budget and as long as you have no plans on SLI or crossfire or a card that uses 75w more than the 560ti:

Would the Corsair PSU last me though several builds?

I don't ever see myself using 650w unless I get a second GTX 560.
