FX-8120 temps ok before benchmarking

I just recently built a computer over the weekend. I just wanted to make sure that these cpu temperatures are good before attempting to start benchmarking my system.

My current setup is
CPU: AMD FX-8120
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
MOBO: MSI 990FXA-GD80
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 560-TI Twin Frozer II/OC
PSU: Cosair AX650 Gold
RAM: Cosair Vegenance LP 8gb
CASE: Antec Three Hundred Two
HD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500 gb
CD: Lite-on DVD burner

This is after a few minutes of web surfing and now at idle on Windows 7:

Ambient temp is 18 degrees C

yep just keep them below 60 degrees C
