WHY CANT I FIND MY NVIDIA GRAPHICS CARD

I bought the laptop and it says i have a nvidia graphics card in the set up guide booklet , i put in the cd to install the driver but it says it cant find it!! WHYYY?! i want to play mc :/

What make/model computer? Are you using the factory driver disk that came with the computer?

Look in device manager and see what is listed under display adaptors.

Also try the drivers from the Nvidia website rather than the CD. Those are surely outdated.
