Everything looks good, except for a couple basic things. One, if you have the extra money to spend, you may as well upgrade yourself to a GTX 560 or 570. And the other one is the OS, you dont need windows 7 Professional... Windows 7 Home Premium is just as good, just make sure you get the 64Bit version :p  As well as the fact that you might want to upgrade your Hard Drive to 1TB or so, if you wanna do gaming and website design (trust me, when you game and do programming, space gets filled fast...). Hope this helped :)
