Realtek might be causing BF3 Stutter?

Long story short, BF3 is stuttering in game while maintaining good FPS. I get about 100-90 FPs in game while it's running normal but the moment I die the game goes down to about 60-50 FPS, which is still good, but the game stutters and makes it very hard to play with and get kills.

Anyway I talked a guy who had this problem and he said it went away when he disabled his Realtek sound. Realtek is the default onboard sound that came with my Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H Mobo. I never really had a need for a sound card and I don't have one right now.

My question is, how would I go about disabling the Realtek sound AND what could I use to replace those drivers? If one thing still eludes me it's sound and sound drivers, for some reason they always get me confused.

Any help would be appreciated.

PS: I couldn't decide if I should post here or in the Gigabyte section, hopefully I chose right.
