Decent multitask desktop PC for under 500$

Hi, I kinda know what to look for in a PC but but get confused when its get into the tech stuff, but pretty much I'm looking for a desktop PC that can multitask fast an no problems, pretty much for only for watching movies, browsing internet, and also playing FFXI, here are specs for ffxi http://www.ffshrine.org/ffxi/ffxi_requirements.php pretty much anything can play it, but I want to be able to do other things while playing and not lag, I'm familiar with newegg an such but finding the right PC is tiring, so any help would be very appreciated, you guys are always helpful!
