I had it clocked at 11-11-11-28 for a speed of 1600MHz.
Got my graphics card installed (gigabyte 7970).
Overclocked the RAM to 1866MHz with appropriate timings 9-9-9-24.
Didn't due to well. Would only boot 1/4 times (seemed stable when it was booted though).
So on my motherboard I turned the multiplier back to 16.
That set it to 1600MHz.
Changed the timings back to stock as according to Samsung. Save and exit BIOS
On my desktop my CPU-Z is showing 1866MHZ with 9-9-9-24. It's either stuck on my last settings reporting false information, OR i'm really stuck at 1866MHz
I booted back into bios multiple times to reset it and it shows 1600MHz all fine and dandy.
Don't know where my program is reading 1866MHz from.
