ATI 4650 or AMD 6450 vs GT520 DDR3 1 GB (all three)
I have an Intel Pentium D 820 Dual Core 2.8Ghz
4Gb DDR3 RAM Windows 7

Which is d better card...

You are using a Pentium D in a system with DDR3 ram?
Of those cards if the HD4650 is DDR3 then it is your best choice. Otherwise the HD6450 is probably better.

Is it even possible to have a Pentium D system with DDR3 RAM ?
or are u running a crap CPU on a good motherboard.

yeah that is very likely, maybe an x38/x48 ... or other options.

1. I am running a crappy CPU on a good Mobo
2. Budget extension very unlikely...
3. The GPU is for my little brother to game a bit. Not hardcore gaming

I want to know if 4650 or 6450 is better PURELY as to which one will give me higher FPS.
