No, they are 2 entirely different sockets in every way possible. Your CPU is made by Intel, and is designed to be used on an LGA775 motherboard with a corresponding chipset. The motherboard you have chosen is for AMD AM3+ processors, and has an entirely different South Bridge. Not only that but LGA (Land Grid Array) uses gold pads to comments with protruding pins on the motherboard socket, and AM3+ motherboards don't have pins and have an entirely different setup for connecting a processor.

Rule #1 - CPUs DO NOT mix with any socket, other than the one specified for that specific processor. The only motherboards compatible with your processor are motherboards supporting the LGA775 CPU package.
