So I'm about to purchase my low-budget ($700) build.

I'm buying a 6790, and I noticed that the connectors do not seem to match my monitor.

Here's the connector for my Radeon 6790:

Would this cable below match up with both?

If anyone needs a link to the GPU and Monitor to see specs/connector types here's the GPU:

and the monitor:

So are they both compatible, no issues? Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm use to VGA. :sarcastic:

Yes it's compatible, the DVI outputs in your VGA card are DVI-I (Dual link) which supports resolution up to 2560 x....
The cable is a DVI-D (single link DVI) supports maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 and it's compatible with both the monitor and the card.
