PCI-express question

I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card on a 3 year old computer, and I see that both the Radeon 6950 and the Geforce GTX 560Ti require 6 pin connections. My PSU, a Corsair modular 620W, does not list a 6 pin connection in the specs. It does, however list "2 X PCI-Express" connections, so I'm just wondering, is that the same thing, and will my PSU work with either of these two graphics cards, or am I going to have to upgrade my PSU as well?

It does mean it has two 6 pin pci-e connectors.
