you cant genrally upgrade the cpu on a laptop and even when you can its rarely worth the effort because the thermal tolerance of the original hsf is so tight.
so unless your cpu runs faster and at lower temps, forget about it.

I can't really recognize that first number. Your Toshiba takes a Turion X2 RM-72 processor Socket S1g2.

Any of the S1g2 sockets are what you are interested in. See if you can find out what that 1st number is by looking at the charts.
