The front panel ribbon cable on my XPS 710 won't plug into my 720 motherboard, w

I am switching out the mobo of my 710 machine with a mobo for a 720. The ribbon cable going from the front panel won't plug into the new 720 mobo. they are different size.

If knowing the wires role (Power, reset, leds), you can try using front panel extension cables: http://www.quietpc.com/na-front-panel-ss

The 720 and 700/710 motherboards have different front panel connectors, if bought from Dell you also receive a new front panel and cable with the motherboard, ebay sellers don't normally include this.
