Graphic card keeps crashing help please

i was playing and all of the sudden my HD 6950 (flashed 6970) crashed and restored but it kept crashing from time to time and started to show displaced pixels all over the screen..

it was OCed but i restored it to stock clocks and still nothing


temp is always around 70 while playing

750 watts PSU

please help

If you would list you pc's spec's we could give you better answers. What game were you playing ? Has this ever happened before ? Have you installed the latest drivers? The temps seem kind of high but not critical.

Thermaltake 700W Litepower 24-Pin Active PFC 100V-240V

Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 6950 2GB GDDR5 DX11 (6970 bios unlocked)

i was playing LoL and that never happend b4.. it was OC'ed to 930/1450 with 1.25v

and yes the drivers are updated to the latest

i think i solved the problem.. i don't know what i did exactly but everything is back to normal

i opened the case.. cleaned the dust with a blower and focused more on the graphic card... changed its slot to an upper one... ran the PC and the problem was there.. i forced the fans to run at 100% for a while and all of the sudden everything went back to normal
