I wan to get a wireless adapter anyway and I am wonder if its cheaper overall to just buy a motherboard with one built in. Any suggestions for motherboards with wireless adapter and links if possible :D  Thanks

Few PC motherboards come with on-board wireless adapter. They are at the high-end in terms of cost, considerably higher than those without one. It makes more sense to install your own wireless card and save a bunch of notes.

PCs are not usually moved around like a laptop, so it makes more more sense to use a wired internet connection which is faster and less prone to connection problems.

I would just use a wired connection but my room is upstairs and the router is down stairs so I would need like 20m of cable lol Figured it would be easier. How much is an adapter and what kind of PCI do I need for one?
