how high can you clock this ram? do you have to drop it to cl3 to get it really high? If I get it up to 140 but have to drop it to cl3, which is actually better?

You should be able to get it up to around 145 at cas2.

Would it be better to go with the pc150? Would you have better chance of hitting 150 with the cpu if the mem can already go 150?

A 256MB stick of Crucial's CAS2 memory is now only 96$ you know.

Benchmarks show that Crucial's cas2 ram can go up to 150 but it is not endorsed or supported by Crucial (no suprise there). I think so benchmarks even show Crucial to be faster than the PC150 ram.

Now for my question. I have the A7V. How do you overclock the ram? In the bios, I have it set to 143. Can I go higher? Are there other settings in the bios that I am missing?
