I've recently been unable to modify Hide Inactive Icon's Behavior ... When
icon's behavior is selected, the dropdown arrow does not expand to allow me
to modify such...

I've removed past & Present icons via the registry, restarted ... but, still
the dropdown arrows will not drop down to allow me to modify their
behavior...

Any advice or assistance on this would be greatly appreciated...
