E4600 or the E6750?

Hey all, i was wondering in this in system im building (my old one is sold going to use the money for a new system) im debating between CPU's obviously its going to be a C2D Intel but my question stand, the E6750 for $190 or the E4600 for $145 ?

Now im no "noob" to overclocking and i plan on buying the ASUS p5k deluxe P35 board(which in reviews i read can get a E6700 to 4.02Ghz not stable though and up to 3.8ghz stable!)

so the question stands is the E4600 with its x12 Multiplyer going to give the best Clocks? i mean for $150 that one mean CPU just going from 800FSB to the standard 1066 gives 3.0Ghz? and can go up too 3.3ghz without even a voltage change!

Or the E6750 with the 4mb vs the E4600's 2mb, along with the already 1333 FSB what kind of OCing can i achieve with this compared to the E4600?

right now Im on a budget of less than 1000 so the 45 bucks is important as it could go to something else.

Going along with that whats a good cooler? i use an Artic 7 Pro Freezer right now but was wondering if there is something else out there that can give me a higher OC? and low temps (i avoid water cooling at all costs)

Arctic 7 Pro Freezer will get you 3.0ghz to 3.6 tops and I think that is stretching it alittle. Be realistic... If you want a better than adverage overclock, you need a better than adverage cooling solution

Here are what I believe are the best 2 air coolers. The thermalright 120 doesn't come with a fan so keep than in mind.

Based on years of testing and research by myself and my small group of pc builders, i have listed the order by cost of the best cpu, all these chips run at the sweet spot listed below at 1.43-1.45v at full load. depending on the mobo you bios setting is 1.4875 to 1.45v.

Remember a dual runs cooler then a quad, for most apps the quad can not yet utilize its full potential and a quad is more future proof then a dual.
q9550 estimated at 4-4.25ghz on air 4.25-4.5ghz on water
x6800 ebay for $300 to $400 3.7-3.8ghz
q6600 go 3.61ghz
e6600 $230 3.4ghz
e6750 3.4ghz need higher fsb then e6600
e6420 3.2ghz

I don't think he wants to spend more than $190.00 for a chip. I'm thinking the 4600 will clock the highest with the 800fsb.
