About to pull the trigger and buy my components for my first build, but I wanted advice on whether I am choosing something terrible or not. Thanks in advance.

CPU: Intel core i5 2500k
CPU Cooler: NZXT HAVIK-140 90.3 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory:G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Hard Drives:Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive; Corsair Force Series GT 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 2GB Video Card
Case: NZXT Phantom (White) ATX Full Tower Case
PSU: OCZ 750W ATX12V Power Supply
Monitor: Asus VW246H 24.0" Monitor

Total right now is around 1570. Any advice suggestions, Or if anyone can tell me if my build is solid would be really apreciated.
