CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: not purchased either yet was going to get OCZ Fatal1ty Series 550W Modular PSU as its on offer at mo £49.99

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: Just Purchased PHENOM II X4 955, 8GB (2x4GB) Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz and Asus M5A97 PRO AM3+

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

Shoot for a Nvidia 460 gtx or AMD 6850 if possible even a stock 460/6850 will show a lot of frames over the gainward card you are looking at if you find nothing better than what I provided above then maybe the card you wanted will not be so bad.

Awesome card to overclock and comes with a free game.
Really as far as I can see this is the best card for the money on that site.
I'm not downplaying your original choice, it was a good card but the card above can be expected to be almost 1.5 times as fast
