Two Options for Motherboard

This is my first PC build and I need to know the pros and cons of each motherboard. I'm hoping to overclock in the future and I want a reliable board with good BIOS. I will be gaming with this build.

1. Asus P8Z77-V LE PLUS
2. ASRock Z77 Extreme4

for the bios asus has the easy efi bios to read and use. asrock for the money is the better board for the price. asus want to buy asrock do to there the best low cost mb vendor.

Both are solid boards, nearly identical. I would choose the ASRock for the looks and the sheer amount of reviews. 4 eggs with 650 review is pretty good.

Looks aren't really important to me. I do wish the ASUS had more reviews but I've always found that no matter what board you look at most reviews say its great and a few say there were multiple DOAs and its terrible. Doesn't seem like any choice is fool-proof
