New Gaming PC - Any comments ?

Hi guys, I plan to build myself a new computer, any feedback is welcome !
I plan to play with the latest games in 1920x1200 with good settings. Is the motherboard OK to O/C to 4.2GHz+ ?

Overclocking is hit or miss. Asus seems to get the most recommendations for overclocking. Can't help you there. I've used msi and biostar boards lately. Biostar gets my vote for easy overclocking. My i3 530 ran overclocked on one of their boards, but I haven't tried 1155 yet. Waiting for ivy bridge. Everything else looks very good for your budget.
