Motherboard compatible with processor?

So I am in need of a new processor, and my motherboard is a Dell DPX061 and all I need to know is if the "AMD Phenom ll X4 965 3.4 GHz" processor is compatible with my motherboard. If you can answer this for me that would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

From my quick research, the Dell DXP061 (Couldn't find DPX061) is an Intel motherboard with the Intel 965P chipset.

To answer your question, the AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz will not be compatible with this motherboard.
