Will these parts work together

I am currently building my own computer for my university course and gaming that I do. My course requires some serious rendering software.

More about will parts work together
  1. Yes, I think they will all work together. Just one thing on your build:

The graphics card you chose is a 6970 2gb. If you bought the radeon hd 6950 2gb you can flash it to work exactly the same as the 6970, because they are the exact same card, for a lower cost. It can save you some money. Here's a guide: http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/overclocking/vidcard/159
  2. A motherboard with a Z68 chip set is preferred .

The link to your RAM didnt work for me . Make sure its 1.5 volt [ or less]

There is usually a better chance of hardware acceleration using the graphics if you use an nVidia card . A GTX 570 probably .

You need a 650 watt psu . The Corsair TX 650 is good quality and reasonably priced
  3. Cool thanks. Sounds like a plan
