Need help wit computer

Hi all!So I`m building new pc I have already bought : HIS HD 5870 1GB .
Now I`m thinking of buying i5 2500 without any K boosting is nor for me as I know where is boost here is more problems . Motherboard asus h61 or h67.And the thing bothers me is SPU I`m thinking of 700w , but I`m low in finance so Xatre 700w or I need 800w .And maybe not xatre but something not expensive and good .Need your help. Any opinion will be helpfull.Thank you
