Monitor problem

I am getting instant headache from working on my PC and I suspect the monitor is the problem plz advise if the pictures below has any problems I have taken screen shots

i dont see the issue myself, please clarify what we are looking for in the image

do you wear glasses / contact lenses?

full system specs and inc resolution details would be handy

The colors are a bit intense.....
But i dont see the problem either
