ASRock z77 Pro3 booting issue

Hello,

Not sure where to post this, so here it goes.

I just bought a computer and installed windows 7 Ultimate. When install finishes, it starts up and remains for about 15-20 seconds before the comp restarts.

Now it shows the boot/splash screen for about half a second before restarting again. Repeats over and over again with no further progress.

I only have powercable, HDMI, mouse and keyboard connected, yet still it happens.

It came already assembled.

I'd pull and reseat the GPU, RAM, and both power cables (with the computer off and unplugged!).

If that fails, pull the GPU (connect to onboard video connector), leave one stick of RAM in, and see if you can get up and stable that way.

What is the power supply (make/model, watts)?

also check the bios code of the mb if it old it may not have the right cpu.ram code or bug fixes.

It came assembled. I've haven't built it my self. So all the parts are compatible with eachother.
