Hi all,

I was hoping to build my first system without needing to ask for help (I thought it'd be a cool accomplishment), but it's just not going to happen. Hopefully someone here will be able to point me in the right direction!

After I put everything together and hooked up all of the cables, my system will turn on, the case and CPU fans will start up, the peripherals (CD drive, Memory card reader) all show that they have power, but the computer will not display an image on the monitor it's hooked up to. (Build info follows)

What I've tried:

- Different monitors/cables
- Trying to hook monitor up to onboard graphics as well as graphics card
- Unplugging one or more drives to see if it'd boot without them
- Unseating/reseating RAM
- Made sure processor was producing heat (and guessing that means it's working)
- Resetting CMOS jumper
- Removing motherboard battery for ~10 minutes
