hey,
i didn't know where to post this because i don't know what is the actual problem,

first i have a problem with my Ram where every six months it dies and i have to buy anther one
happened 2 times and i just bought a new one

second thing my pc will suddenly freeze and all the colors will get scrambled and then it restart and
then it will just go to the windows loading screen and then restart on its own again
so i leave it for for 10 - 20 minutes and run it again and it works fine.

my build
Motherboard: AsRock 990FX fatality
VGA card: Radeon HD67770
Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 1100T
Ram: 4GB Kingstone DDR3 (1 stick)
OS: Win 7 ultimate 32-bit

no i am not OC-ing
my PSU is Cooler master 460 W

it happened again (the color and restarting) and it went to the repair windows or continue to windows screen
it had an option for windows memory diagnostics
i tried it and when it finished

the log had this message:

problem no: 0xc0000017
Info: Ram disk device creation failed due to insufficient memory

i found the solution to the problem and thought i would share it for anyone having this problem.

i set the voltage of the ram manually in the bios setting of the motherboard
it was set on auto and sometimes the ram gets fried
