Made the mistake of assuming this motherboard had hdmi. Only has vga. My tv doesn't have vga. Am I going to have to return it and get a new one? Or is there something I can do?
Yep, If it's not for gaming, you can pick up a cheap GPU with HDMI. There is one on newegg today as a shell shocker (Assuming you have a PCI-e slot of course). Those usually go for about $15 after rebate.
Only problem would be audio. VGA has no was of transmitting audio. If you plan on hooking up external speakers to your desktop then you will be fine. But if you plan on using this as an HTPC you will have issues.
But the best solution would be to get a dedicated video card or GPU. Almost any cheap one will do.
