Critique my build please!

Hello all! Looking for some advice on my budget build.

Approximate Purchase Date: This weekend.

Budget Range: As close to $700 as I can get (with rebates)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, School, Basic Browsing

Parts Not Required: Mouse and Keyboard

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg, Amazon, Tigerdirect, etc.

Country: U.S.

Parts Preferences: None

Overclocking: Not now.

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: 1440x900

Additional Comments: I basically want to be able to play SWTOR and Skyrim and do basic computing. Areas I might be concerned with are the Motherboard and Power Supply.

All together, after rebates and bundles, this comes to $760. If you guys know of any better deals, parts, or ways to save some $$$ please let me know! Also, would you recommend any tools (anti static wrist straps, chip inserters, etc) to be used during installation? Or are these items generally not needed? Thanks! :D
