Best bios z77

hey guys. I've even having some instability issues with my sabertooth z77 ever since I updated it to the 1806 that came out in December. gw2 and borderlands 2 have been crashing every 30 to an hour.

make sure you have the newest bios installed...stress test your system to make sure its stable...for cpu stress testing use prime 95 and core temp to check your temps...run the prime95 for at least an hour to verify the cpu is stable...for video stability use furmark

yeah I got the new bios installed. installed a new video card last night. played for a few hours then got a blue screen. I never had any problems before I updated my bios. should I just go back to that one?
