Please help, trouble installing XP

Here it is

I'm trying to install XP pro on a comp A7V-133-c duron 800

when i start the install, everything goes fine. It copies files to HD ( you know, that yellow bar that moves slowly to the right )

after, it say MS-DOS portion is finish and needs to reboot.

i reboot but it stop there. I see only a PRESS ANY KEY TO REBOOT after the memory count and other normal stuff.. and i cant get pass there.

i tried installing win 98, and ME and it works fine. Just win200 and XP that gives me that problem ?

any idea would be apreciated !
